Privacy policy
Your data, and what we do with it.

The short version. MyLedger keeps the business records you and your team enter, so you can all work from them. We use them for nothing else — only to sign you in, send your notifications, and run the app. No ads. We never sell your data. Payments are handled by Razorpay, and we never see your card or UPI details.
Who we are
MyLedger is a billing, stock and delivery app for wholesale businesses, built and run by Rohan Parveag in India. In this policy, “we” means MyLedger, and “you” means the business using it and the people on its team.
What we collect
- Your account: name, email address, your role (owner, admin or staff) and the company you belong to.
- What you enter: products, stock, customers, bills, payments, expenses, deliveries and collection notes — each marked with the team member who entered it.
- Photos you add to products or to your company profile.
- A notification token for each device you sign in on, so alerts can reach it. It is removed when it stops working.
- Crash reports from the Android and iOS apps: technical details of what went wrong and the device model.
We do not collect your location, contacts or messages, and we do not use advertising or tracking tools.
How we use it
Only to run MyLedger for you:
- Signing in. Firebase Authentication checks your email and password. Your password is handled by Google and is never stored by MyLedger.
- Running your business records. Bills, stock, dues, reports and profit are worked out from what your team enters. Only people in your company can see your company’s data, and only as much as their role allows.
- Notifications. Alerts about deliveries, sales, payments, expenses and billing reminders are sent to your devices through Firebase Cloud Messaging.
- Emails. Password-reset emails, and — only if the owner switches it on — a daily summary of the day’s business, sent to the owner’s email address.
- Google Sheets. Only if the owner connects a Google Sheet, sales, stock, expenses and payments are copied into that sheet, which the owner controls.
- Fixing problems. Crash reports help us find and fix bugs.
Services we use
These services process data for us, only so that MyLedger works:

Payments
- Plan payments are processed by Razorpay, a secure Indian payment gateway. You can pay by UPI, card or net banking.
- Card, UPI and bank details are entered on Razorpay’s checkout. They never reach MyLedger and are never stored by us.
- We keep only what is needed to switch your plan on: the payment reference, amount, plan and date.
- Money your own customers pay you is only recorded in MyLedger. MyLedger never moves or holds that money.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent or trade your data, and we do not show ads. We share data only with the services listed above, and only so they can run MyLedger for you — or if the law requires us to.
Keeping & deleting your data
- We keep your records for as long as your company uses MyLedger, so your history is there when you need it.
- A bill saved while offline stays on your device only until it syncs.
- To delete your account or all of your company’s data, email contact@rohanparveag.online from your account’s email address, and we will delete it.
Security
Data travels over encrypted connections and is stored with Google Firebase. Access rules on the server keep each company’s data separate and check every person’s role before a change is allowed. Payment keys and other secrets are kept on the server, never in the app.
Your choices
- Export bills, reports and customer lists as PDF or CSV at any time.
- Switch the daily summary email off in the app, under Company profile → Google Sheets.
- Turn notifications off from your phone’s settings.
- Ask us for a copy of your data, or to delete it.
MyLedger is a tool for businesses and is not meant for children.
