Seeing a security warning when you open the file?
That is expected, and it does not mean anything is wrong with MyLedger. Windows and Android show this warning for every app that is downloaded from a website instead of a store. MyLedger is new, so the warning will keep appearing until enough people have installed it.
On Windows
A blue box appears saying “Windows protected your PC”. Click More info, then click Run anyway. The installer then opens normally.
If you downloaded the portable zip instead, right-click the zip first, choose Properties, tick Unblock at the bottom, click OK, and then extract it.
On Android
Your phone asks for permission to install apps from this browser. Tap Settings, turn on Allow from this source, then go back and tap Install.
